Do I recommend taking Vitamin C and Magnesium together?
I work out a lot and like to keep my body as healthy as possible.
I don’t believe everybody NEEDS to supplement Vitamin C and Magnesium, as these can be widely found in food as well.
However, I like the benefits of these, and I’d rather be in the higher range, so that’s why I decide to take a dietary supplement for both of them.
