If HTLT Delta Sleep can back up its promises, this could be a real game changer. Let’s find out if it works.
Ingredients in HTLT Delta Sleep
HTLT Delta Sleep does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.
This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume. Ten properly dosed ingredients contribute to great quality sleep in various ways.
I’ll explain every component in detail below (quantities are for one capsule – 90 servings):
5 mg of Vitamin B6
Besides its role in converting food into energy and keeping our cells functioning correctly, Vitamin B6 is essential for sleep because it helps produce melatonin, GABA, and serotonin, which are neurotransmitters important for relaxing, restful sleep, and mood.
66.7 mg of Magnesium (Oxide & Glycinate
Magnesium is a mineral used inside our bodies in over 300 biochemical reactions. It’s vital to function correctly, but for this article, I’ll focus on its role in regulating sleep.
Magnesium improves sleep quality by relaxing your body, reducing stress, and helping you sleep longer and more profoundly.
5 mg of Zinc (Citrate)
Zinc is an essential mineral that is necessary for over 300 enzyme reactions in our bodies. It’s a nutrient our bodies can’t produce or store, so we have to get zinc daily.
Zinc plays a vital role in DNA, the growth of cells, protein synthesis, the immune system, etc.
Specifically for sleep, it may help wake up less during the night and help the body to relax.
133.3 mg of GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid)
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter in our brains that can support sleep quality by making you sleep more and reducing stress, anxiety, and fear.
It calms the brain, making you feel more relaxed. This happens by blocking specific signals going to your central nervous system.
133.3 mg of Organic Ashwagandha Powder (Root)
Ashwagandha is a classified adaptogen, which can help us handle stress better. It’s made from the green shrub tree, which can be found in parts of Asia and Africa.
Taking it at night can help calm the body and reduce anxiety, improving sleep quality.
Ashwagandha can also positively affect testosterone by increasing the production of the luteinizing hormone.
The active ingredient of Ashwagandha is called Withanolides. A good Ashwagandha supplement has a standardized percentage of Withanolides. In this case, the Withanolides content isn’t stated.
133.3 mg of Valerian Root Powder (0.08% Valerianic Acids)
Science believes that Valerian Root stimulates GABA production in our brains (explained above). As a herbal supplement, it’s well-tolerated by the majority of people.
It helps against insomnia, anxiety, stress, and restlessness. It also helps the muscles in our bodies to relax. It’s excellent to improve sleep quality.
100 mg of 5-HTP
Studies (against a placebo) have shown that people who take 5-HTP fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. It may also decrease hunger and feelings of fullness, which can help with weight loss.
The benefits come primarily from its ability to increase serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the brain. Serotonin can be converted into Melatonin (explained below).
It’s also often used for anxiety, mood, depression, and pain relief.
100 mg of L-Theanine
L-Theanine is an amino acid mainly found in black tea, green tea, and a few variants of mushrooms. It’s not essential for the human body, and we don’t produce it ourselves.
L-Theanine affects the neurotransmitters in our brains by increasing the production of our happy hormones (Serotonin and Dopamine) and GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid).
These regulate stress, mood, alertness, concentration, emotion, sleep, perception of fear, etc. L-Theanine can help with relaxing, falling asleep faster, and sleeping deeper.
1 mg of Melatonin
Melatonin is produced in the brain in response to darkness. It makes us feel tired and is crucial for falling asleep.
However, the screens' blue lights can ruin melatonin production because they mimic daylight.
As a dietary supplement, it can help us feel sleepy, fall asleep faster, and improve sleep quality.
500 mcg MicroActive (Melatonin)
MicroActive is a patented form of Melatonin that has a two-stage 7-hour release.
In the first hour, 40% of the Melatonin is released, and the other 60% releases slowly during the following 6 hours.
Possible side effects of HTLT Delta Sleep
The ingredients in HTLT Delta Sleep should be safe and well tolerated by healthy adults while sticking to the recommended dosage.
HTLT Delta Sleep may be best avoided by people with certain medical conditions, such as autoimmune disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, or stomach ulcers. It’s also best avoided by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
This is mainly due to the Ashwagandha. If you’re in doubt, it’s always best to consult a medical provider first.
In uncommon cases, it may cause drowsiness, nausea, an upset stomach, diarrhea, or allergies.
Experiences with HTLT Delta Sleep
The Experiences with HTLT Delta Sleep are astonishing. Nearly all people that try it significantly improve their sleep quality.
After taking the capsules, their bodies and mind relax, and they gradually start feeling sleepy. When it’s bedtime, they fall asleep quickly, wake up less during the night, and sleep like a puppy.
Contrary to most sleeping aids, where you feel groggy in the morning, Delta Sleep makes them feel fantastic and energized.
It seems to work for both people who merely want to improve their sleep quality and those who have trouble with prolonged insomnia.
For many people that’ve unsuccessfully tried sleeping supplements or prescription sleeping aids, HTLT Delta Sleep has been a life-changer.
Price of HTLT Delta Sleep
HTLT Delta Sleep is priced at 44.99 dollars on Amazon. This makes the price per capsule $0.50, $1 for a two-capsule dose, and $1.50 for the (maximum) three-capsule dose.
Delta Sleep may be best compared to Night Shred, another popular sleeping (and fat burner) supplement from Inno Supps. Night Shred is priced at $1.66 per two-capsule dose.
Delta Sleep has 10 effectively dosed (transparent) ingredients, compared to Night Shreds’ 11 ingredients (some in proprietary blends/ some focused on fat burning).
The ingredients in Delta Sleep are undoubtedly better and more adequately dosed, and there’s more flexibility in the dosages you prefer. Arguably the sleeping advantages of Delta Sleep will do more for natural fat burning than the ingredients in Night Shred will.
Even at the three-capsule dose, it still comes out cheaper. I think the price of HTLT Delta Sleep is more than justified.
- Relax Body & Mind
- Sleep Faster & Deeper
- Less Stress & Anxiety
- Wake Up Energized
Is HTLT Delta Sleep Worth It?
Sleep Faster, Deeper, And Wake Up More Energized Than Last Time - Viking Beast
Based on the ingredients, experiences, and price, I believe HTLT Delta Sleep is (one of) the best sleeping aid supplement available on the market.
Most sleeping aids I’ve tried and reviewed make you tired, but you wake up more often during the night, and you wake up feeling groggy. This problem occurs because they’re mainly GABA and melatonin based.
Delta Sleep is formulated completely differently to overcome this issue. It has a unique patented form of melatonin, alongside regular melatonin, that releases over 7 hours.
It does not primarily function on GABA but has properly dosed with other ingredients (like L-Theanine, Valerian Root, etc.) that stimulate the body to produce GABA and Melatonin (and Serotonin).
I like that it has Ashwagandha since it can directly improve testosterone and improve testosterone from better sleep quality.
HTLT Delta Sleep will effectively reduce stress and anxiety, relax your body and mind, help you fall asleep faster, sleep more profoundly, and feel energized in the morning.
Frequently I work till late at night and can’t “shut off,” which has got me on the edge of insomnia several times.
A supplement might not be magic, but as far as sleep is concerned, Coach Greg Doucette cooked up something as good as it gets.
I recommend giving HTLT Delta Sleep a try if you’re having trouble sleeping or want to improve your sleep cycle.
