There’s only one person who can scream at me voluntarily: Coach Greg Doucette.
On his YouTube channel, he’s been teaching mere mortals (or fellow circles, as he calls us) the ins and outs of fitness and exercising.

Having a lean body and seeing fat disappear from your body feels fantastic. The dieting, cardio, and missing out on certain fun activities, not so much…
If HTLT G Shred can back up its claims, it can make life significantly easier. Let’s find out if it works.
Ingredients in HTLT G Shred Fat Burner
HTLT G Shred Fat Burner does not contain any proprietary blend, which means there are no hidden ingredients, and all quantities are known.
This is a good thing because it’s always best to know what we consume. Twelve adequately dosed ingredients stimulate fat loss in many different ways.
I’ll explain every component in detail below (quantities are for three capsules – 40 servings):
250 mcg of Chromium (Picolinate)
Chromium is an essential trace mineral that plays a role in protein, carbohydrate, and fat metabolism. It can also improve insulin sensitivity.
It’s found in HTLT G Shred because it may contribute to maintaining (or even increasing) lean body mass while decreasing body fat percentage. It’s also great for longevity.
1,000 mg of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
L-Carnitine is an amino acid naturally occurring inside our bodies. It’s needed to turn fatty acids into energy, which is why it’s so prevalent in fitness supplements.
Higher levels of L-Carnitine may make your body more efficient at burning fat, boost metabolism, speed up recovery, boost performance, and make you more energetic.
300 mg of Alpha GPC 50%
Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline, or Alpha GPC, is mainly used in pre-workouts for increasing mental focus and alertness.
However, it also supports the production of natural human growth hormones and has a role in fat oxidation.
It may boost physical performance and muscle force production.
300 mg of Green Tea Extract (std to 50% polyphenols)
Green Tea Extract contains a mix of polyphenols and flavonoids and doesn’t contain caffeine like drinking green tea.
Most of the benefits come from the EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) content, which is beneficial for many things inside our bodies.
Its use in a fat burner is the ability to improve metabolic function, which means more fat loss.
G Shred is standardized to 50% polyphenols, which is excellent.
100 mg of L-Theanine
L-Theanine helps to regulate the effects of other stimulating ingredients.
You feel focused and energetic but not overly stimulated. It also helps caffeine work longer, so you don’t experience a crash while working out.
L-Theanine also stimulates the production of dopamine and serotonin, so you’ll feel better overall.
80 mg of Capsimax
Capsimax is a patented wholefood ingredient made by OmniActive Health Technologies.
It’s a concentrated extract of the active ingredient capsaicinoids found in red hot chili (cayenne) peppers (this is what makes spicy foods “hot”).
Three clinical studies show that it may boost calories burned at rest, increase fat burn, and make you less hungry.
60 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous
Caffeine anhydrous is extracted from the seed and leaves of coffee plants. “Anhydrous” means that it contains no water.
It’s a highly concentrated caffeine powder, the same as caffeine in coffee. Caffeine provides energy, alertness, focus, etc.
60 mg of Di-Caffeine Malate
This is a precise combination of caffeine with malic acid that allows the effects of caffeine to last longer (6-8 hours).
It’s added to HTLT G Shred Fat Burner, so you stay energized for longer and avoid the typical “crash” often experienced after consuming stimulants.
25 mg of Grains of Paradise (Paradoxine)
Studies have shown that grains of paradise can increase overall energy expenditure (more calories burned) because they can help turn “ white fat” into “brown fat.”
This results in faster weight loss and less visceral fat.
0.2 mg of Huperzine A 1%
Huperzine-A works as an acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor, which increases the levels of Acetylcholine in the body.
This increase will improve neurotransmission and both muscular and cognitive performance.
Understandable answer:
In the short term, it can result in better workouts by increasing focus, concentration, and cognitive abilities.
10 mg of Lean GBB (Gamma-Butyrobetaine Ethyl Ester HCL)
GBB is a precursor to L-Carnitine, which means our bodies convert it into L-Carnitine while producing Carnitine naturally. L-Carnitine has been explained above.
Our bodies want to keep the relationship between GBB and L-Carnitine balanced. By supplementing either one, the body will convert it to maintain balance.
However, when taking GBB and L-Carnitine together, both get elevated. This will significantly increase the effects, which is what we’re looking for.
In HTLT G Shred, GBB may also work as a thermogenic and increase sweating. This may stimulate the metabolism even further.
Lastly, it can improve nitric oxide, which enhances pumps, performance, and recovery.
7.5 mg of BioPerine
BioPerine or Black Pepper Extract is used in pre-workouts because it improves the absorption rate of other ingredients.
It also has a thermogenic effect that can boost energy by increasing internal body temperature.
Possible side effects of HTLT G Shred Fat Burner
The HTLT G Shred Fat Burner ingredients should be safe and well tolerated by healthy adults while sticking to the recommended dosage.
Contrary to many fat burners, G Shred is not extremely high in caffeine, which means side effects are less likely. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or susceptible to anxiety, I advise starting with a lower dose of 1-3 capsules instead of 3-6.
It may be best to avoid HTLT G Shred Fat Burner (consult your medical advisor first) while pregnant, nursing, suffering from certain diseases, or taking certain medications.
There might be mild side effects like nausea, headaches, an upset stomach, etc., as can be the case with most supplements.
Experiences with HTLT G Shred Fat Burner
The (limited) experiences are optimistic about HTLT G Shred Fat Burner. They feel an increase in core temperature, are less hungry and don’t feel the need to snack.
On an empty stomach, it doesn’t make them feel sick, as with many fat burners.
The energy doesn’t hit like a thunderbolt from the sky all at once but feels smooth and works for a long time. This makes sense based on the ingredients.
Most fat burners focus primarily on caffeine that immediately works but quickly wears off. G Shred is divided between fast-acting and slow-released caffeine to keep you energized longer without crashing.
Overall it seems to be a fantastic fat burner that makes losing fat and sticking to a diet more manageable.
Price of HTLT G Shred Fat Burner
HTLT G Shred Fat Burner is priced at 49,99 dollars for 120 capsules. This makes the price per capsule around $0.42, $0.83 for a two-capsule dose, $1.25 for a three-capsule dose, and $2.50 for a 6-capsule (maximum) dose.
Out of all the fat burners I’ve reviewed, it may be best compared to Inno Shred from Inno Supps, another popular (and one of the more effective) fat burners on the market.
Inno Shred is priced at $1.83 per dose of two capsules. G Shred has 12 effectively dosed ingredients, compared to the 8 ingredients of Inno Shred. Also, the ingredients of G Shred are likely more effective, even at only a three-capsule ($1.25) dose.
I believe the price of HTLT G Shred Fat burner is entirely justified since the ingredients are unmatched.

Is HTLT G Shred Fat Burner Worth It?
Burn More Fat Than Last Time - Viking Beast
Based on the ingredients and experiences, I believe HTLT G Shred Fat Burner is one of the few fat burners that work.
Contrary to most fat burners that are mainly caffeine/ stimulants and come with side effects like anxiety, insane heart rates, a major “crash,” etc., G Shred is formulated entirely differently.
G Shred provides smooth, calm, long-lasting energy thanks to the perfect combination of caffeine, di-caffeine malate (releases slower), and L-Theanine.
Besides energy, it also increases focus and mental clarity (L-Theanine, Alpha-GPC, Huperzine, etc.), which helps you be more productive during the day.
The extensive list of fat-burning ingredients exceeds other fat-burners with ease.
The combination of Chromium, L-Carnitine, Alpha-GPC, Green Tea, Capsimax, Grains of Paradise, and BioPerine, increases your metabolism, improves your body’s ability to turn food into energy, and works as a thermogenic (increasing core temperature and sweating).
It also makes you less hungry and less likely to have cravings.
There is no magic fat loss pill, but the G Shred Fat Burner can be the perfect addition to a healthy diet to help you lose fat faster and more efficiently.
I suggest taking 3-6 capsules daily (depending on how much caffeine you prefer) for optimal benefits.
I recommend combining G Shred with Greg Doucette's famous cookbook to make dieting or keeping a healthy lifestyle as easy and fun as possible.
In the cookbook, you can find AMAZING low-calorie but high-volume meals that’ll help you lose weight, feel full, and are delicious.
