During the lunch breaks at school, I used to go to my grandparents because they live nearby.
I was a very bad eater and didn’t like food in general, except for the pancakes from my grandmom.
Somehow, her pancakes tasted as if they fell straight out of heaven.
Turns out she just used a pre-made pancake mix from the supermarket, which she mixed with milk.
Still, I dare anybody to try and make those same pancakes, with the same two ingredients, and I bet you won’t even come close to the heavenly food my grandmom made.
One strong passion for working out and years of experimenting with food later, I fell in love with French toast.
I perfected my recipe that combines the best of proteins, pancakes, and normal French toast.
Inspired by my grandmom, Gregg Doucette’s anabolic French toast, and my love for the gym.
I present the best easy protein French toast recipe.
I hope you will enjoy it, as much as I do.

How to make the best easy Protein French Toast
The beauty of this protein French toast recipe, it’s super easy to make. Here’s how you do it:
First, you want to take your favorite big bowl and a hand mixer.
You put all of the ingredients in a bowl together, except for the bread, and mix them until you have a smooth substance.
I start by breaking the eggs into a bowl, so I can still take out the shells if I mess up, and add the low-fat cottage cheese. Then I add everything else.
While you’re mixing your ingredients, you put a pan on the fire and pre-heat it until it’s super-hot. I prefer to just max out my fire when pre-heating.
When everything is mixed, and your pan is hot, put some butter/oil or zero-calorie cooking spray (I prefer this) into the pan.
Make sure the entire surface is covered. Change the heating of your fire to a lower setting, so the protein French Toast won’t burn.
Take your bread and drown it in the bowl completely, then put it in the pan. After you’ve put the bread in, pour the rest of the bowl over your bread.
Note: I use two pans at the same time, which works perfectly for this recipe.
Wait a couple of minutes, then flip the protein French toast over, and proceed to wait another couple of minutes till taking it off the fire.
BOOM, you’re officially done, and ready to enjoy the best easy protein French toast!

How I take Protein French Toast to the next level
People often ask me what I eat in a day, well this is it. I take a bowl and use the anabolic French toast pancakes as a base to cover all sides of it.
Next, I cook paprika and 150 grams of chicken and heat 150 grams of frozen summer fruit berry mix.
When they’re already I put them in the bowl. I top it off with sugar-free syrup.
I go even crazier and top it off with one of my other favorite things in the world: popcorn (article about why popcorn is the best and how to make it easy at home, here).
I put some more sugar-free syrup and sweetener on top. It might not be for everyone, but for me, it’s absolute perfection.
