I don’t take Horny Goat Weed for its anti-inflammatory effects or to help with pain, but some people do and report to have very good results with it.

I’ve not particularly experienced any side effects.

However, if you do then you could potentially try lowering the dose.

You may also start with a lower dose and check how you react (which is a good strategy for every new supplement you introduce to your body).

Wet dreams

Horny Goat Weed causes some people to have more “wet dreams” at night.

It sure means the supplement works for them though.

Sleep

Some people report taking Horny Goat Weed negatively impacts their sleep.
