Night Shred claims to help your weight loss journey in the following ways:

- Boosting growth hormone (more testosterone equals more muscle/ easier fat loss)

Sleep is a big part of our lives, so being able to optimize it comes with numerous benefits, including fat loss.
The claims of Night Shred seem (to me as a person that goes to the gym a lot) like perfection.
Ingredients in Night Shred
Inno Supps is transparent regarding quantities used for most ingredients in Night Shred.
However, the few blends that don’t contain the exact amounts aren’t a problem (in my opinion) because of the synergetic effect of the ingredients.
200 mg of Magnesium (oxide)
Magnesium is a mineral used inside our bodies in over 300 biochemical reactions.
It’s crucial for us to keep functioning correctly, but for this article, I’ll focus on its role in regulating sleep.
Magnesium improves sleep quality by relaxing your body, reducing stress, and helping you sleep longer and deeper.
510 mg of Night-Time Recovery Complex
This blend is a mixture of GABA, Chamomile, and Passionflower.
GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) can support sleep quality by making you sleep more and reducing stress and anxiety.
Chamomile boosts GABA, so together, they have great synergy.
Chamomile contains an antioxidant called apigenin, which helps to make us feel sleepy and is often used against insomnia.
200 mg of Natural Adaptogen Compound
Ashwagandha is a classified adaptogen and has multiple benefits.
It helps us deal with stress, calms the body, reduces anxiety, and can significantly improve sleep quality.
Besides this, it increases the production of luteinizing hormone, which triggers testosterone production.
KSM-66 is a high-quality, standardized form of Ashwagandha.
76 mg of PM Fat Burning Complex
This blend is a mixture of 25 mg Grains of Paradise, CLA, and L-Carnitine.
Studies have shown that grains of paradise can increase overall energy expenditure (more calories burned) because they can help turn “ white fat” into “brown fat.”
This results in faster weight loss and less visceral fat.
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) and L-Carnitine may help boost metabolism and assist in weight loss.
However, with 51 mg to divide between them, they’re very underdosed.
Most research on CLA starts at 3 grams daily and 500 mg for L-Carnitine.
35.5 mg of Mood Enhancement Complex
Multiple (small) studies have shown the ability of 5- hydroxytryptophan (5HTP) to decrease hunger and increase feelings of fullness.
Besides being beneficial for weight loss, it’s often used for: anxiety, mood, depression, sleep quality, and pain relief.
The benefits come primarily from its ability to increase serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the brain.
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid with similar benefits because it’s also used to produce serotonin (and melatonin) in the brain.
These two together may have great synergy.
3 mg of Melatonin
Melatonin is produced in the brain in response to darkness. It makes us feel tired and is crucial for falling asleep.
However, the screens' blue lights can ruin melatonin production because they mimic daylight.
As a dietary supplement, it can help us feel sleepy, fall asleep faster, and improve sleep quality.
Possible side effects of Night Shred
The ingredients in Night Shred should be safe and well tolerated by healthy adults while sticking to the recommended dosage.
Night Shred may be best avoided by people with certain medical conditions, such as autoimmune disease, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, thyroid disorders, or stomach ulcers.
It’s also best avoided by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
This is mainly due to the Ashwagandha KSM-66. If you’re in doubt, it’s always best to consult a medical provider first.
In uncommon cases, it may cause drowsiness, nausea, an upset stomach, diarrhea, or allergies.

The experiences with Night Shred are mixed but overall positive.

In my opinion, it’s a reasonably expensive supplement compared to other sleep-aid/ fat burners.
However, it contains many proven ingredients you would typically have to buy separately.
I’ve been individually supplementing ashwagandha, melatonin, magnesium, etc., for years.
Getting all of these ingredients and more in one supplement makes it worth the price for me.

Is Night Shred Worth It?
I think Night Shred can significantly value your life if you don’t respond negatively to one or more ingredients.
After analyzing the ingredients, I can conclude that the claims made by Inno Supps are valid.
Nearly all the ingredients contribute to a better quality of sleep by helping you relax and sleep faster, deeper, and longer.
The ashwagandha KSM-66 is an excellent addition because it reduces stress and anxiety. Next to that, it’s one of the few active natural testosterone boosters.
The grains of paradise will help ramp up your metabolism during the night, but the actual fat burn value is improved sleep quality.
Most fat is burned during our REM sleep or “deep sleep," so by significantly improving our sleep schedule, we can burn more fat and retain/ build more muscle.
This is especially true because most testosterone is released simultaneously, which means the testosterone boost is twofold.
Results will differ between persons, but if you’re interested in the benefits and don’t fall in the “avoid categories” described above.
