I have a love/ hate relationship with weight loss.
I’m not particularly eager to spend hours doing cardio or restricting my food intake for months.
However, I like to have abs, so it’s a necessary evil. No matter your weight loss goals, I’ll assume you feel the same way.
When there’s a supplement that claims to make weight loss (cutting phase) more effortless, it naturally sparks my interest.
Unfortunately, most so-called “fat burners” are a complete waste of money. There are exceptions, so let’s see if this is one.
In this article, I’ll be reviewing Inno Shred.
Inno Supps also has a nighttime fat burner, Night Shred, that helps with sleep quality, stress, etc. you can find a review here.

Claims of Inno Shred
Inno Shred claims to help your weight loss journey in the following ways:
- A dramatic increase in metabolism/ calories burned without changing your diet or exercise routine.
- Reducing appetite, so you feel less hungry while dieting.
- Easier to burn “stubborn” fat
Inno Supps makes some big claims, but does Inno Shred make them come true? Let’s see.
Ingredients in Inno Shred
Inno Supps is entirely transparent regarding quantities used for the ingredients in Inno Shred.
This is good because supplement companies often hide bad/ underdosed supplements using “proprietary blends."
300 mg of Green Tea Leaf Extract (Camellia Sinensis)
Green Tea Extract contains a mix of polyphenols and flavonoids and doesn’t contain caffeine like drinking green tea.
Most of the benefits come from the EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) content, which is beneficial for many things inside our bodies.
Its use in a fat burner is the ability to improve metabolic function, which means more fat loss.
However, in Ino Shred, the EGCG percentage isn’t stated, so we don’t know how effective it is.
300 mg of CLA (goFAT)
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is commonly used in the fitness industry for its possible ability to help in reducing fat and building muscle.
It may have other benefits as well, like improving the immune system.
Inno Shred contains a patented form of CLA (goFAT) and comes from Compound Solutions, which specializes in high-quality supplement ingredients for various brands.
300 mg of Green Coffee Bean Extract (Coffea Arabica)
“Green” means the coffee beans haven’t been roasted.
Roasting coffee beans reduces a compound called chlorogenic acids, which may be beneficial for weight loss, lowering blood pressure, and as an antioxidant.
Green Coffee Bean Extract has a lower caffeine content than “normal” roasted coffee.
200 mg of Organic Caffeine (PurCaf) – Optional
PurCaf is an organic caffeine powder extracted from green coffee beans.
It may provide a more gradient feeling of energy than commonly used caffeine anhydrous.
100 mg of Capsicumum Fruit Extract (Capsimax)
Capsimax is a patented wholefood ingredient made by OmniActive Health Technologies.
It’s a concentrated extract of the active ingredient capsaicinoids found in red hot chili (cayenne) peppers (this is what makes spicy foods “hot”).
Three clinical studies show that it may boost calories burned at rest, increase fat burn, and make you less hungry.
50 mg of Citrus Aurantium Fruit Extract
Bitter Orange, or Citrus Aurantium, is a fruit tree from Asia.
It contains an active ingredient called synephrine, which may speed up weight loss, reduce appetite, and improve performance.
However, benefits aren’t backed by studies, and the safety of Bitter Orange Extract is questioned.
It has been found safe to consume supplements for an upper dose of 100 mg, so the 50 mg in Inno Shred shouldn’t be anything to worry about.
25 mg of Grains of Paradise Extract (Paradoxine)
Studies have shown that grains of paradise can increase overall energy expenditure (more calories burned) because they can help turn “ white fat” into “brown fat.”
This results in faster weight loss and less visceral fat.
1 mg of Rauwolscine (Alpha Yohimbine)
Rauwolscine is the active ingredient of the Rauwolfia Vomitoria shrub, which originates from West Africa.
As a dietary supplement, rauwolscine may support weight loss by boosting fat loss, decreasing appetite, and increasing energy.
However, clinical studies on humans don’t back these benefits at the moment of writing.
Possible side effects of Inno Shred
The ingredients in Inno Shred should be safe and well tolerated by healthy adults while sticking to the recommended dosage.
People that are sensitive to stimulants may prefer the stimulant-free option.
It may be best to avoid Inno Shred (consult your medical advisor first) while pregnant, nursing, suffering from certain diseases, or taking certain medications.
It may also make anxiety worse, so be mindful of this.
There might be mild side effects like nausea, headaches, an upset stomach, etc.
Experiences with Inno Shred
The experiences with Inno Shred are mixed but overall positive.
Within the realm of positive reviews, it is described as the best supplement for fat loss.
The main benefit (as expected) is quicker weight loss and experiencing a noticeable increase in metabolism.
As with any supplement, some people don’t experience an increase in weight loss or react negatively to one or a few ingredients.
This includes headaches, nausea, an upset stomach, etc.
People’s results while taking fat burners will be highly influenced by their lifestyle, so this must be considered while looking at the reviews.
Also, the results of any supplement will always vary between persons. Every person reacts in a slightly different way to certain ingredients.
Overall, Inno Shred gets 4,1 out of 5 stars on Amazon.
Price of Inno Shred
Inno Shred is priced at 54,99 dollars on Amazon. This makes the price per capsule around $0,92 and a single recommended dose $1,83.
In my opinion, it’s a reasonably expensive supplement compared to other fat burners.
However, Inno Shred contains various (patented) ingredients backed by clinical studies.
In this case, you pay a premium price for a premium product since many cheaper fat burners lack the same quality of ingredients.
- Long-Lasting Energy & Focus
- Increase Metabolism
- Powerful Thermogenic
- Less Hungry & Fewer Cravings
Is Inno Shred Worth It?
In my opinion, Inno Shred can be a great supplement if you have a reduced calorie diet (caloric deficit) in place and, ideally, a weight training routine.
I like that Inno Shred contains various patented ingredients with some clinical studies backing their fat loss potential, such as Capsimax and Grains of Paradise.
It also comes with a stimulant-free option, which is great if you’re sensitive to caffeine or like to take a high-stimulant pre-workout before your workouts (like me).
The bitter orange could have been substituted for another citrus fruit extract because of its controversial safety profile. However, 50 mg is considered safe to consume.
Also, the EGCG percentage (active ingredient) of the Green Tea Extract is missing, so we don’t know how effective it might be.
After analyzing the ingredients, I can conclude that the claims made by Inno Supps are valid.
However, Inno Shred (or any fat burner for that matter) will not be a magic weight loss pill, so don’t expect it to be.
Results will differ between persons, but if you’re interested in the benefits, I recommend giving Inno Shred a try.
You can find it on Amazon here.
